I changed the classification to unclassified since the OSM wiki mentions most roads may warrant the tag highway=unclassified for roads with three digit refs (osm.wiki/Malaysian_Roads_Tagging). Looking further on the wiki, I can see that it also says that a road that acts as a connector road between a village and a main road may be tagged as highway=tertiary. Based on this I think tertiary is more appropriate and I will change the classification back to tertiary. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and have a great day.

Thanks for your contribution to the OSM. I've assigned these ways as residential roads as they are passing through the buildings as per "Highway Tag Africa - osm.wiki/Highway_Tag_Africa" . Can you help me in understanding the policy behind the changes you made here i.e., residential to tracks?
