| 76313770 | over 6 years ago | Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Vehicles will still have access to that area even with the parking aisle tag on the service road. |
| 70206348 | over 6 years ago | Add* a motor_vehicle=no tag. Looking at the history on that way it appears that Nakaner-repair added the motor_vehicle=no tag. |
| 70206348 | over 6 years ago | I didn't added a motor_vehicle=no tag to that road. |
| 73508617 | over 6 years ago | Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will change that road back to the original state. I was referencing OS_OpenData_StreetView this edit. Their map suggests that Alder Grove ends where the service road/parking aisle begins. |
| 72917452 | over 6 years ago | Each side* of E 1/2. Access permissive would still give general traffic access to this road, so access=destination might be more appropriate in this situation. |
| 72917452 | over 6 years ago | There is a sign that says “private road” on each sign of E 1/2 road. I changed the motor vehicle tag to ensure vehicle traffic would not be routed down this road. |
| 72701398 | over 6 years ago | Thanks for adding that footway. I usually focus on adding vehicle data, but I'll be sure to keep an eye out for this in the future. |
| 72064560 | over 6 years ago | I accidentally uploaded without all of the sources I used for this changeset. Thank you for catching that. The sources should also include: Mapillary Images and OS OpenData. There are some products on the OS website that are open source and free to use. Here is a quote from https://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/business-and-government/products/opendata.html -"OS open data products (OS OpenData) are a set of free digital maps of Great Britain, available for anyone to use, for any purpose."

| 71714407 | over 6 years ago | Thanks for bringing that to my attention Bernard. I believe most of those features were already drawn into OSM prior to my addition of lanes onto highways. I mistakenly touched those areas/features, so I'll go back and clean things up in the area to prevent overlapping ways. How have you been fixing the issue? |
| 71409259 | over 6 years ago | My apologies, I added a traffic lane onto Newbridge Road to better represent that pedestrian crossing island. This edit was made to fix the geometry on Saint Anne's Road. |
| 70564343 | over 6 years ago | The tags have been removed. This edit was made using Bing Birdseye which we now understand is not a valid source. Thank you for your assistance. |
| 68813409 | over 6 years ago | Thank you noticing that robert. I must have done that on accident while I was working in that area. My apologies, and I appreciate your feeback.

| 70514743 | over 6 years ago | I drew in this way based on best available imagery, thanks for adding the proper tags onto this section of road.

| 70199356 | almost 7 years ago | I switched that part of the road back to the original classification. I did see those Mapillary Images, but I switched it because I didn't feel that it met the criteria for a trunk_link. Thank you for clarifying that the green on the road sign indicates that it would part of the nearby trunk road. |
| 70199356 | almost 7 years ago | I changed that small section of the road to keep the consistency of Swindon Road uniform. Also, I believe that part of the road does not fit the description of a trunk_link.

| 70209818 | almost 7 years ago | Hello Phil,
|
| 70087132 | almost 7 years ago | Thanks for pointing that out to me. I accidentally moved one node that was super far away from Victoria Street. |
| 68597158 | almost 7 years ago | Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Based on the open source information that I used (Bing and Mapbox Imagery), I was not aware that this building was under construction. My source is older than yours, so feel free make the proper changes needed. Also, I moved the node for the Lochside Cresent bus stop slightly over back to the original coordinates. |
| 68264555 | almost 7 years ago | I would like to reach a mutual solution to this issue, so I will do some more research and run some options by you. The highway=* and area=yes combo has been used on more than just service roads. It has been used on tertiary, residential, and unclassified roads. To my understanding the area=yes on a highway is typically used for pedestrian areas, or service areas where vehicles drive without prescribed lanes, but there has not been an agreement on how highway tag values other than pedestrian should be treated when also tagged with area=yes. area=*#Highway_areas
