Based on 2024 Google streetview imagery - I see no traffic signs nor markings to indicate that it is one-way road. Also noted that cars parking on the side of the street are oriented in both directions, suggesting they have driven in from both sides.

If in 2025 there has been a reconstruction to that street then my assessment based on old data may be wrong. Feel free to correct. Thanks!
