Actually the title of my changeset is misleading.
Via the editor Potlach, there is a Bing maps layer, and I'm drawing on top of this layer, like with a tracing paper.
BTW it is forbidden to "import" data from other tools or maps (unless explicit agreement).
But in this case it is just a way to explain where the data created it is coming from.

Bonsoir, votre proposition fait sens. Je m'étais simplement attaché a faire réapparaître les bâtiments qui avaient disparu de la carte. Vous avez très probablement raison sur le fait que les commerces sont au rdc et non pas sur la hauteurs des immeubles. Je vous laisse procéder aux modifs. Cordialement.
