Changeset When Comment

Salusos

Thank you for contributing :-). Your changeset crosses many regions.
In the future, please retain your changeset as smaller (local). Let reviewers and other mappers check your edit more easily. It's impossible (almost) to keep track of the database and changes if changes in huge areas.
So I kindly ask you, when you edit, retain your changeset in a particular smaller area -such as towns- save it first and then move to another area. Examples:
You are adding/modifying 10 objects in 2 distant cities => make 2 changesets, 1 per city.
Why? Have a look at this wiki: osm.wiki/wiki/Changeset#Geographical_size_of_changesets

Thanks for considering, and have a nice day. Happy mapping!

Hola Darleith. I was recently working on updating this new highway, like you, to Cosquin and other towns of Punilla Valley.
I noticed you added new features such as tunnels and bridges when old roads or streams intersected the new highway. It seems some of them, are nonexistent actually, could be? When I edited the highway I checked some satellite images of the construction trying to figure out where those crossing roads were. I didn't add in my edition if I wasn't absolutely sure of its location, despite it will trigger some issues.
I would like to ask you if you are sure of the location of the intersections. Maybe you put them just to fix that crossing issue.
I have some clues that are not in the right place at least, but I haven't a recent satellite image or travel the highway to confirm.
If you are not quite sure, could you please revert them? Remember it is not mapping for the map but for reality.
Maybe someone else sees the issue and figures out the way the roads intersects. Thanks. Javier

Hi. I changed yesterday Av. Juan XXIII to secondary and you restored to its original residential. What is the reason for that?
I changed it to secondary because the city government called it "Avenue", it is wider than a regular street, and also followed the criteria for Argentine maps:
osm.wiki/Argentina/Highways#Urban_ways
Avenue (wide paved avenue)= secondary.
Could you review this? Thanks

Slds.

Hi Darkleith and thank you for contributing :-)
have noticed that you used aeroway=hanger or building=hangar, not in this but in other changes, which are exclusively related to aeroplanes or aero industry for storage or building planes or parts for them.
osm.wiki/Tag:aeroway%3Dhangar
I think you tried to set an industrial or commercial shelter or setup to make or storage. In that case, i suggest choosing builing=yes or building=commercial and man_made=works
Let me know any doubt
Thanks
Javier

cualquier duda, a tu disposición
Gracias!

Gracias
