Perhaps I'm not explaining correctly - to use "driveway" is a loose term. The house, located about 50' away has a functioning driveway. The area deleted is literally blocked from any traffic by large tree stumps (viewable on Google Maps Street View). There are no houses, mailboxes, or street signs (despite the rest of the town being very vigilant about having signage). Facing North, is an area where the homeowner occasionally parks their car. Facing south is a short path down to the Pompton River blocked by 4 large tree stumps.

Not sure what else to say that isn't readily apparent. The street physically does not exist - as in, there is no street there. I visited the street attempting to run every street in Lincoln Park - The north side is literally a driveway. The South side is a dirt part blocked off from any vehicle travel by several tree stump and other debris. There are no houses or buildings located on the approximately 0.1 mile stretch. The street does not exist.

Thanks - good to know. I didn't realize that. I thought it was just some automated process that converted any asphalt looking surface to road. Will revert those changes...
