I don't recall the exact warning, but it would have been something I saw on https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/en/byuser/JamesLT?level=3.
I find substreet/terrace/buildingname numbering quite confusing but felt place was justified by https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/making-sense-of-addresses-in-the-united-kingdom-wiki-page/147109/8 since these numbers are not Orchard Close numbers.

I accidentally deleted a postbox in this changeset and will revertit as soon as I work out how.
