Thank you for pointing this out, and I apologize for not responding to your earlier comment.

The tags you mentioned are fields from the railway dataset I am working from. They contain information such as the station name in Burmese, English division name, mile/furlong references, source/reference IDs, and other identifiers from the original dataset.

I understand your concern that these fields are not standard OSM keys and that simply importing them as tags may not make the data useful in OSM.

I will review node/14206765022 and the other imported objects, check which information can be properly represented using existing OSM tags, and remove or avoid adding fields that are not appropriate for OSM.
