No need for apology! I fixed this particular way but I am not sure if there are any other instances affected. Can you verify this?

More specifically, tag "oneway=-1" should not be removed (unless we reverse the direction of its nodes too - which is not always straightforward and can be tricky to automate).

This changeset has caused some issues for ways with oneway=-1 tag.
For instance, for way #573900596 it has caused an invalid road direction. (link: https://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/way/573900596)
I believe the "oneway=-1" must NOT be removed from any lines, except if the line direction (the order of its nodes) is going to be reversed too.
