You are correct. Unfortunately!
They have indeed done a lot of upgrades, and indeed lots of ‘green paint’ and wide shoulders, with no ‘bike lane ends’ at the ends of the green, meaning, technically, according to the road rules, that it continues.
I’ll take this one as a learning experience not correctly added by me as a “way.” Shame.
I’ll fix it.
