Normally it is standard to change the name key to old_name and then add the new name so people searching with out of date information can still find it. This is available by selecting the object and scrolling down to the bottom of the left panel in the editor.

From the changeset size this appears to be quite a long driveway. I think you might have forgotten to save in between editing different areas.

I can't see documentation for the #amap hashtag on the wiki, what project is it associated with?

These don't appear to be valid international format and the phone number appears to have merged two alternate numbers into a single invalid one. Perhapse `phone=` and `alt_phone=` could be used?

Do you have a source for node/10613335740 being a lift gate? IIRC at least one of the gates is a full sized metal one that either swings or slides.

It doesn't seem to be casting a shadow on the MAXAR imagery.

Do you have a user report that this bridge has reopened in the last couple of weeks? It was signed as closed for repair early January.
