Serait-ce possible de veiller à systématiquement ajouter les poteaux à des lignes s'il vous plaît ? Cela permet ensuite de plus facilement les inclure aux requêtes massives de mise à jour lorsque c'est nécessaire.

OpenStreetMap should use the reference set by RTE about substations naming in France.

Those two perimeters refer to the same substation and may be mapped as a multipolygon too.

Yeah, this location was progressively built and the 6th generator (6th because the 5th should be for local auxiliaires) was added later. EDF and RTE then agreed on creating an independent premise next to the new building to elevate the power to the grid.

Then the AIGLE substation is composed of two independent fenced perimeters that connects 5 bays to the grid.

It should be maped as a multipolygon and ref:FR:RTE can then go on the multipolygon

It's indeed a minor distribution substation, confirmed

Theses mentions are more to encourage us to map such substation as a single multipolygon involving the 3 fenced perimeters than to remove the ref:FR:RTE.

Here I indeed added 3 simpler perimeters with the same reference but the correct answer is a multipolygon

I mean that RTE doesn't provide accurate coordinates of its infrastructure in the Cartostock dataset, nor on Capareseau website as well (the substations doesn't appear where they actually are on the map).

There is no COLBE substation in the official dataset, so Cartostock may be wrong and should be fixed

It's true the site is a state owned property but that's not enough to make it as a substation.
The land should be owner by public operator so, the state should sell it. Look a this other substation nearby: it's owned by the TSO:

Once the project will be completely started, a government decision will be issued, with a permit. Then we will be able to mark it in OSM as a certain infrastructure to be commissionned later.
But currently, it's too hypothetical, even highly probable, that's why we only add substations under construction like here: https://openinframap.org/#15.46/49.967237/1.232867 (everything has been approved before, so we can add it)

It's true a study has been made and public debate occured in 2024. But the final decision hasn't been made and the project could be completely cancelled. Calypso site is an historic industrial site and no work had begun yet. What you see on aerial imagery is related to casual and independent activities, particularly for mining or new trainline tunnel, but not for the substation yet.

A government decision is needed for the work to begin and at this time, when the work will begin it will be fine to mark the substation as in construction, just like way/1430729482 for instance.

So let's be patient, and wait for the project make some progress before adding it to OSM

There is no need to add ;RTE on the operator key.
It's a distribution substation and then operated by Enedis.

It's rather a minor distribution one.
