your address import happened years ago but I found out just some weeks ago that there might be a problem with it:

You often use the combination of addr:place=* and addr:street=* at the same time. According to addr:place=* this is not legal and it causes Apps like "Organic Maps" to fail at address search: https://github.com/organicmaps/organicmaps/issues/9069

Do you see a way to change/correct this or should the wiki-rule be changed?

Was soll das? Die Autobahn ist fertig gebaut, also nicht mehr "construction" und lediglich nicht freigegeben. Bitte rückgängig machen!
