Thanks for reaching out! The building layout is confusing to get your head around at first.

Without divulging too much information for safety reasons (this is an educational institution after all), I can confirm that you are correct in thinking that "all of South Block be one building, all of Central Block, etc"

The sports hall is also part of central block; it has a central block room number. (The library annexe is essentially 'central block 2' but nobody calls it that :)

The second part of central block was built as an extension a few years ago. This might be where the separate building came from on OSM.

You'll notice between north block 1 and east block 2 there is a good amount of dead space. A new building is mid-construction, which will need adding to OSM in due course.
