Please don't use `residential=apartments` for single buildings. It's defined for housing estates.

hand mistake, not intended to remove building tag

1. junction:ref cannot replace motorway_junction as it's tagging which way is the exit. On some multiple numbered exit on same node position (e.g. WHT HK exit EHT KLN exit) both or even 3 way have exit number.
2. it's to rollback to support application that only use highway=speed_camera on the highway (as wiki written on highway or next to road)

there is no better way to show how seperated traffic signal stop line on same road, the wiki page also said it should be tagged this and add note, imo there are 2 signal very near, should can be represented what it is when needed to change tag.
