I would suggest to only draw the final alignment when it has been politically decided and funding has been allocated. I think it looks quite messy with 4 different routes. The "proposed" tag is usually for projects in planning phase where the final alignment has been selected and construction hasn't started. Look at wiki/railways for more information.
