and further, simply, we believe this information is sufficiently public, both in regards to bahnhof.de (which as we say in that diary entry, is not even a main source, if at all really) and in regards to the physical infrastructure itself that DBinfrago has no right to attempt to gatekeep it under any kind of copyright,

for it is not a work of art, nor is it proprietary, and even in a basic sense the majority of this information is already elsewhere even within OSM itself, in the metadata of platform edges.

there is no case against us. and there is no way to stop us from doing this.
