Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I mistakenly did not transfer the full tagging from way/478097546 to way/1378002120 after updating its classification to residential. Given the previous discussions with the #adt team about street names and addresses in Serbia, I sincerely apologize for this oversight. To avoid similar issues in the future, I wanted to check whether your preference is to avoid transferring name tags altogether in these situations, or simply to ensure they are transferred accurately?
