I added the `motor_vehicle=private` tag because it is connected to a gate and service highway with the same tag. Without any additional restrictions, the `oneway=yes` tag forces any vehicle into this private area. The image you linked shows a vehicle facing west. Do you think it would be most appropriate to remove the `oneway=yes` tag?

I see the issue here. It looks like `motor_vehicle=private` is the more logical tag for the service roads in this area.

I had added the `access=private` tag because it is connected to a gate and service highway with the same tag. Because the `highway=pedestrian` way it connects to [way/29854275] is tagged with `motor_vehicle=no,` do you think that would be a more appropriate tag? Otherwise, I see similar situations in this area where `motor_vehicle=private` tags exist.

My bad! I was drafting up a response and accidentally sent that instead. I had been thinking there might have been a data issue here because of the switch from service to track (that's what I meant by classification gap), but after looking at it again I agree with you that the road should be a track like you initially modeled it.
