Just wanted to let you know that `surface=gravel` in OSM sense usually means "dense larger rocks". Roads like that in Latvia are actually very rare. Typical unpaved rural and remote roads (so-called "grunts" ceļi/"grantenes") are almost always `surface=compacted` - surface=compacted . It's not completely incorrect to tag it this way, but it does make surface values poorly usable for cases where it matters, like bicycles/wheelchairs/etc.

By the way, there is some recent Mapillary here from May https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=1935502296801471&focus=photo . It doesn't let you see much beyond the immediate fences along the road, but I can confirm there's a new fence. Of course, per richlv, one is wire mesh and the other is wooden boards, so types would get quickly mixed if someone ever maps those. Wire mesh one is also offset deeper into the territory. And I don't know if the fence between the two properties is wooden or wire mesh - the wood one was built first after all.

Ar šo izmaiņu ir izdzēsti vairāki adrešu punkti, piemēram node/2073584381 . Ja šie dati nav mainījušies kadastrā, tad adreses nevajadzētu dzēst. Arī nākamajā reizē, kad adrešu bots mainīs adreses, šie punkti tiks atjaunoti.

Piebraucamos ceļus īpašumiem vajadzētu norādīt kā `highway=service` + `service=driveway` nevis `highway=track`, kas ir tikai piekļuvei laukiem/mežiem/zemēm.

Ja ceļš no sākuma ir kopīgs uz vairākiem īpašumiem, tad var arī norādīt `highway=unclassified` tam posmam, piemēram way/1197003410 - šeit tas arī sakrīt ar kadastra līnijām.

Just wanted to let you know that you connected it to the sidewalk that is above on the bridge. This created incorrect routing showing that you could get onto the bridge here.

Ceļiem un takām nevajadzētu norādīt visus iespējamos tegus bicycle=yes,
foot=yes, horse=yes, motor_vehicle=yes utt. Šie tegi ir domāti galvenokārt norādīt, vai ar konkrētu transporlīdzekli/veidu ir atļauts pārvietoties, nevis vai tas ir iespējams. Citiem vārdiem - vai tas ir legāli. Ja nav ceļa zīmes, tad šīs vērtības jau tā pat is saprotamas ar =yes vērtību pēc noklusējuma. Un piemēram vietās kā way/629273053 nemaz nav atļauts publiski braukt ar transportlīdzekļiem. Piemēram, šajā vietā iebraukšanai ir vārti un "ķieģelis" https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=849256453280094&focus=photo.

Like mentioned before, please use `highway=service` + `service=driveway` instead of `highway=unclassified` for roads that go to individual properties. These are not minor public roads, but (likely private) access roads. Only the parts of a road that are used publicly or access multiple properties should be tagged with a higher classification.

Hmm, tagad skaidrs kādam mērķis un ar kādu domu. Man likās tu varbūt gribēji atzīmēt, ka te trepes nobrukušas vai kaut kas tāds.

Ilgi domāju, neko neizdomāju. Bet teorētiski `smoothness` ir domāts transportam ar riteņiem - mašīna, motocikls, velo, skrejriteņi, ratiņkrēsls, utt. Tāpēc protams vajadzētu lietot standarta un atbilstošas vērtības, ne tikai no velo viedokļa. Lietot to vietās, kur kustība ar ritošiem transportlīdzekļiem nav paredzēta man šķiet bezjēdzīgi. Pasaulē īpaši daudz nav lietots kopā ar trepēm, bet ir lietots it kā atzīmējot gājējiem smoothness - cik tas pareizi, nezinu - wiki neko tādu neapraksta.

Nekad neatceros, kuram kādā valodā... haha

Tur TET maršruts iet vēl, drošvien būs jāmaina uz blakus ceļu kaut kad.

I see you changed way/1190498907 back to a road. I surveyed this a couple weeks ago and due to the new construction there was no longer this second long way left and it no longer matched aerial. It looked more like ESRI aerial now. https://imgur.com/mDuab1g

Also, I wouldn't have put way/1193423365 as a path - it was easily passable by a wide vehicle before especially at the entrance, unless of course something changed very recently. https://imgur.com/qkQfISZ

Vietās, kur nav oficiālas pārejas pāri dzelzceļam un nav nekādas fiziskas atšķirības (piemēram node/10994367462 ), nevajadzētu
likt `railway=crossing`, jo šeit nav
pārejas maršrutēšanas nozīmē. Liekot pāreju rodas priekšstats, ka šeit ir apzīmēta vai izbūvēta pārejas vieta.

Could you please clarify where this road goes in the forest? way/1192581883 Is there some new construction here or a new location? Road classification is based on its purpose, so I retagged into a `highway=track` for now, since it looks like a deadend forest road.

I changed some classification here. `highway=track` should only be used when it's just land access - forests, meadows, rarely-used sideroads, etc. Roads that lead to properties and residences should be driveways. Public roads should be service roads or unclassified. Roads leading to parking and tourism access are usually service roads.
