Hi this Helge from the Wheelmap.org Team. The Wheelmap_visitor is a collective account for changes done via Wheelmap.org. So I cant tell you the reason of our user. However, I think that your judgement is correct and changend it back to "no".

Hi, this is Helge from Wheelmap.org. We know those large change sets are annoying, my apologies!
We are working on a major update which will improve the sync between OSM and Wheelmap. We found a way to abolish those large changesets and introduce individual changes (one change per changeset). However, getting this live is taking way longer than expected. This is very frustrating to us too, and we kindly ask to have a little more patience. Hi, I work for Wheelmap.org. In general, we ask our users to focus on the places and not the services. Fore example, we ask to check whether bus stops are wheelchair accessible. Whether the busses are accessible is a whole different story. I think it is the same with this bicycle station. It not about whether a wheelchair user might use the bikes, but for example he/she might accompany someone who will.
