No, that was a mistake - since fixed. I found two complete ways using the same nodes, the older appears to have been made when the subdivision was still new and not open to the public. Then deleted one of them, which I think resulted is a merge or something. Last night went back to the spot and noticed the mistake.

My next move will be to examine the above a bit closer and try to figure out how to get both to render. And no I'm not trying to fake the data to make it render, it just tells me that something is not quite right.
