Hello, these deletions are intentional. Buildings, roads, parking lots... have all been razed to the ground. They formed a neighborhood that the municipality wished to demolish in order to rebuild something new. You can check the aerial imagery directly. Let me know if I've done anything wrong, like deleting the addr:housenumber for example. I'm still new to OSM. Thanks in advance
