Yeah - Trevor's explanation is what I was thinking when making "private" versus "no". I want to make sure I'm on solid ground before going through the other local military facilities. Some like the US Air Force Academy are currently open to the public so more accurately coded "permissive". So I want to make sure I'm reflecting those real distinctions when coding them.

Consistency does matter, so I'll take a look at a larger sample of bases similar to Peterson SFB to see how they are handled. If there is a clearly consistent approach, I'll just follow that lead. If it's not consistent like Trevor saw, maybe the community should have a larger discussion on it.

Hmm...was trying to go for accuracy since it is a closed military base requiring authorization to enter. Happy to modify if there is a more appropriate way to reflect that limited access.
