The highway was earlier converted from a dual carriageway to a single carriageway with an incomplete relation that contained only a “To” member in the no_u_turn restriction. A JOSM validation error occurred as a result. I have removed the incomplete relation to resolve this error as I found no support from the street-level imagery to fix it.
That said, please go ahead and make necessary changes if you have first-hand knowledge regarding this junction.
