Nah, I think that's more appropriate for nodes of airfields that have become de-registered (read: no longer have an active listing in the FAA database); you'll often find these with GNIS feature IDs with the trailing epithet of "(historic)".

The runway is not clear, so I'm fine with that staying gone but the airport is still actively registered with the FAA (FAA LID: 4MT9) at these coordinates since 2016 and it is shown on FAA sectional charts. There are a lot of rural airfields that lack traditional features seen at public airports but are registered airport nonetheless.
