Can the access br changed to "limited" or something similar?

the information from Transport for NSW as of 25th Nov 2020 is:
Dalgety Bridge is suitable for General Access Vehicle, which is a Semitrailer (ST) 42.5 tonne and Truck and Dog Trailer (TDT) 50 tonne. The bridge has a carriage width of 4.57m. For a Special Purpose Vehicle, the NVHR guideline shall be followed.
