Hello Russ, thank you for the comment. My team checked and this bridge seems to be functional now. It was almost 6 months back when there was a barrier (Jersey barrier) as there was some undergoing construction. Thank you! You can see my edit here

Hello Russ, thank you for your feedback, I went ahead and checked for this tag, seems like this was added by this user:@Parisa155461, I just had modified the geometry and set it one way because the road has already changed to four lanes with a median strip but did not add the tag 'name=oneway' , thus the history is showing my name last (way/951415336).
