Hello adlan2001, I noticed that the imagery citation for this changeset contains the wrong date. The correct date of the imagery used is 04-01-2025, which shows arrows on road surfaces, suggesting that vehicles could travel inside the parking garage. Apple has an agreement with Maxar to use their more recent imagery to edit OpenStreetMap, which is not publicly available for editing OpenStreetMap. We generally use the imagery that is already available in JOSM but we reference it in specific cases like this, where recent construction isn't yet reflected in the standard imagery. Since it appears vehicles can enter the building, I can connect the service roads to the structure and apply the amenity=parking_entrance tag in accordance with OSM tagging guidelines (amenity=parking_entrance).
