Actually, the miami dade gis website is very vague, it doesnt really show a name. If you switch the information layer to streets and click on the street where Donald L. Golden Family Medical Building it doesnt say anything.

I drove by there because I had to go to Donald L. Golden Family Medical Building and it says very clear that is named Alton Rd, I even drove through the entire area as well.

The broadmore hotel has been around since the 1940s. I guess is not a "new" business but added an existing business.
