Sorry, but a road through a village does meet the definition of Residential Road = {Road in a residential area}. A service road is defined as {Provides access to a building, service station, beach, campsite, industrial estate, business park, etc}.
What I see when being in these areas are typically paved roads with car traffic in residential areas. Clearly meet definition of Residential Road.

Hello, sorry, i missed there was already a tag attached. I removed the separate path, but I did add a Bicycle 'yes' to the existing tag. The bridge is open to bikes and scooters.

checked the details. also visited location. tunnel access is forbidden for pedestrian, bicycle, motorbike, truck. only cars allowed.
made a mistake. should be access=yes, foot=no, bicycles=no; will update and correct

Hello, not entirely sure if i fully understand the comment. The tunnels are accessible for cars only. Pedestrian and bikes are not allowed.
So it should be access=yes, bike/pedestrian=no.
if there is a mistake it would need correction
