This changeset only uploaded nodes. This seems to be a problem that occurs with the import from time to time. I will revert this changeset.

Hello jonwit. Unfortunately I have had to revert this changeset because instead of importing all the buildings, you imported all nodes with no ways. I'm not sure how this happened (technical glitch?) but I am fixing it up.
