| 139152288 | Hello 5m4u9, Thank you for reaching out to me. I understand that you are technically right about those sections not being a bridge. However, I made the changes to keep consistency and to prevent bridges ending at junctions like in this example: node/2441014234. According to the wiki this is how bridges should be mapped bridge=*#bridge-yes. Instead of splitting up the bridge into sections the wiki recommends drawing in a polygon with all the necessary information attached to it to represent those embankments man_made=bridge. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks, GbabethemapGod |

| 135310906 | Hello 5m4u9, I changed this portion to a bridge because I was trying to prevent crossing highways. It was flagged as a warning in the validator. As you can see in Mapillary, https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=455582978866507, the portion is still elevated. Thank you, GbabethemapGod |

| 121479875 | Hi mariotomo, I appreciate you reaching out to me. I modeled this as a physically separated trunk_link based on Esri World Imagery and Mapillary ground footage. Esri shows the beginning of the link physically separating from the trunk, and Mapillary confirms the link. Here are some of the Mapillary images I referenced:
If you have any suggestions on how to model physically separated links, please let me know! I look forward to collaborating with you. |
