Thanks for the info. We have been using Mapillary images to add them but it’s helpful to know things have changed in some locations. Do you know of any resources which confirm the impacted routes and exits? This is what I have found: https://www.td.gov.hk/en/transport_in_hong_kong/hk_strategic_route_and_exit_number_system/index.html. If our edits are out of date, the was:motorway_junction tag would be appreciated based on your local knowledge.

Здравствуйте. Тег name, по-видимому, является описанием части M-1, а не официальным названием дороги, поэтому я переместил его в тег описания.

Что касается тега ref, пользователь не объяснил почему он добавил тег ref M-1, и моделирование было несовместимо с существующим отношением ref M-1 (relation/132408). В частности, близлежащие дороги, которые являются частью отношения M-1 ref, прикреплены к главной линии вокруг съездов. Из этого документа и других я вижу, что ref тег M-1 здесь

Hello literan, The shared overpass link works for me. Which server are you using? "http://overpass.openstreetmap.ru/cgi/" doesn’t work as you suggested but “//overpass-api.de/api/“ does work. The previous geometry is also still visible here: https://maps.openrouteservice.org/directions?n1=55.740314&n2=37.535812&n3=17&b=1a&c=0&k1=en-US&k2=km.

I understand this maneuver is achievable, and performed regularly by drivers who are familiar with this junction. However, you admit it may be dangerous and I ask that you reconsider adding the “only_straight_on” turn restriction for those who may not be familiar with this area. It seems as though you agree the updated geometry is an improvement, but please note I did not impact the routing options with my edits.

The turn restriction I added was intended to maintain the same restrictions which were in place before I edited the junction, as seen in this overpass query: http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/Ns8.

Based on the eastbound sign and road markings here https://yandex.ru/maps/-/CGD34DkV it does prohibit this dangerous maneuver. By contrast, the opposite direction of Кутузовский проспект westbound has signs and markings which allow a similar maneuver https://yandex.ru/maps/-/CGD3aUnB.

Even if people are making this dangerous maneuver we should be mapping based on signs and road markings osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don.27t_map_your_local_legislation.2C_if_not_bound_to_objects_in_reality.

Thanks for reaching out, I only removed some duplicate ref tags from these roads, I did not adjust any classifications. It looks like AltinB did that after: changeset/73145358.
