I was following the example of local houses that have already been mapped. Regardless, I had looked at the wiki, and there's no guidance one way or the other for house names—not using the name field for house numbers yes, but house names are left unremarked upon. In the absence of instruction otherwise, filling in the name field felt like the correct course of action.

Additionally, putting the house name in both name and addr:housename better matches my understanding of what a house name is? The name is the name of the building, and the address derives from that name. In cases such as Fanog, a farmhouse accidentally flooded in the construction of the Llyn Brianne Dam, the name outlasts the address (in this case applying to the ruins that sometimes peek out of the water in a drought). The name in the address is derived information, and ultimately more ephemeral than the name of the building.
