This is a quite large changeset and I cannot really oversee what has changed. However, I suspect that you might have deleted more stuff than you intended. For example, you fully deleted "way/71765972 (Globus Saarlouis)" and "way/71765973 (Media Markt Saarlouis)". Could you please go over your changes again and revert any mistakes.
