Since the path you mapped is at best 1.5 mtr wide, it is to be tagged as a path rather than a residential highway.
I corrected it.
btw. In this rural areas you can tag roads mostly as unclassified, or paths.

You are correct about changing the 'footway"tagging. However, the tag track is not correct either.
This road connects a settlement with the roadnetwork and has to be tagged as 'unclassfied,.
