Fyi, I updated the data and replaced the conflicting tags with the more common communication:3g and communication:4g in this changeset: changeset/172211373

Hello, 3GZB and 4GZB are the "names" of the mobile antennas installed for the "New Deal Mobile" program here in France. They mean 3G/4G "Zone Blanche". I used them about two - three years ago, but not since, because they are not standard and I plan to batch-remove these attributes soon. Hope this helps!

N'hésite pas à modifier tout ce qui te semble incorrect/approximatif, j'avais fait ça assez rapidement à l'aide des plans de l'université, mes petites connaissances et 2-3 autres bricoles donc c'est loin d'être parfait ! :D
