about 1 year ago | You seem to have accidentally turned a forest into a tourist attraction. Unless you own all 11 properties the forest covers, the attraction has exactly the same outline as the forest, and the forest has been clear-cut to make way for the attraction, this change was a mistake and should be fixed.
over 1 year ago | A business only has a given address as long as it's in a particular building. If the business moves or if another company opens up in the same building, the building would need to get those address tags anyway. The Addresses wiki page also states "there should be only one addr:housenumber=* per street and house number (which would typically be placed on the building)." so this seems to be the preferred approach. I was originally here to fix one duplicated address but updated the rest for consistency since I spotted them.
over 2 years ago | It's still beta, but it already looks really useful. Just use it in small batches—I did a bunch then when it came time to save, it errored out and I lost it all when I had to log in again. ☹
over 2 years ago | This seems to have deleted a lot of details around Camp Kawkawa. To give just one concrete example, the parking lot in way #1134165386. You first added details to it, then deleting it entirely. What was the intention with this?
about 3 years ago | I've travelled this path, which is on city land, several times—it certainly does exist. I've restored it in changeset/130127212.
almost 4 years ago | The trails are entirely passable, it's just that they're private. They used to be marked with access=no, but they are allowed (and are able to be) used by certain people (rescuers, in this case), so access=private is more appropriate.
over 4 years ago | Actually, I can't see any evidence I actually added a building outline when I added the pump station area, so I apologize for the false accusation of reversion. But thanks for fixing it so quickly!
over 4 years ago | The Esri imagery is years out of date. Don't rely on it entirely, especially to revert a newly rebuilt pump station that is even marked start_date 2019. Please revert that building change.
over 4 years ago | Thanks—I'll do that.
| 108794918 | over 4 years ago | It looks like they've already changed the link to the map; you can download the trail map from this page:
The "Nature Trail" (in the south end of the bounding box) is marked "access=no, foot=designated" which according to access=* means that walkers are allowed. The "closed for restoration trail" is, indeed, closed to all. |
