Depois de revisar a postagem no github que você forneceu, concordo com você que essas restrições de segmento único no_u_turn são mais provavelmente implícitas e não precisam ser modeladas no OSM. No entanto, não há imagens de solo disponíveis neste local. Não pude confirmar sua existência, por isso foi deixado. Espero que esta explicação ajude!

After review of the github post that you provided, I agree with you that these single segment no_u_turn restrictions are more likely implied and not necessary to be modeled in OSM. However, there is no ground imagery available at this location. I could not confirm their existence which is why it was left. Hope this explanation helps!
