Trust you are doing great. I understand that motorist are not allowed to make U-turn at the main road. By doing so will caused potential hazards to on-coming traffic. However, car parks managed by Housing & Development Board (HDB) have much lower traffic.

Think: if the U-turn point is kilometers away, motorists will then need to drive to the nearest HDB car park from the main road in order to make a U-turn. Motorists will surely get angry and frustration if U-turn is not allowed or need to drive a big round is required at HDB car park. This will cause convenient to the motorists especially they are in a rush.

I have checked with HDB and confirmed that motorists can make U-turn and 3 point turn at any HDB car park unless no U-turn sign is placed at that road junction.

https://github.com/GRABOSM/Grab-Data/issues/36 only applicable to main road which managed by Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore.

By placing no U-turn points at HDB car parks will mislead the map users and motorists. I hope you will remove no U-turn points at HDB car parks soon.

Trust you are doing great. To my recent notice, any idea on why restrictions i.e. no illegal U-turn are added to those segments along service roads and car parks?

Based on my understanding, restrictions are applicable and apply to all main road i.e. Bedok North St 3, Bedok North Ave 1, which are managed by Land Transport Authority.

Motorists are allow to U-turn within service roads and car parks as long not causing obstruction to the traffic. Service roads and car parks i.e. B47 are managed by Housing & Development Board. I hope the above clarifies.

The service road (road divider) will also be shorten to reflect actual on the ground from car park B13 to between block 442 and block 418.

Hi pra_veen. I understand that a portion of this service road near block 418 needs to spit due to a road divider installed. However, I have went there and confirmed that the divider ends (between block 418 and 422) before HDB car park B13. Hence, I have made some amendments a few weeks ago. May I know why you have reverted my edit. Thank you.

Thank you for your prompt respond. First, I will make a trip to blk 420 and take some photos on the alignment i.e compare to next blk, car parks using my mobile. Thereafter, I will try to re-align to closest possible (approximately accuracy 95%).

Do not map according to the satellite images taken as it is not not accurate. Unfortunately, I cannot revert the editing as the work was done by a helpful OpenStreetMap user named JaLooNz.

I took reference from OneMap.com and also revisited this place. No turning circle at T-junction was found between Evergreen Avenue and Upper East Coast Road. Please let me know if you need the photographs and/or map for your consideration.

In additional, a newly completed Lorong Halus Park Connector linked between Punggol and Pasir Ris to allow members of the public to access Lorong Halus Wetland and Lorong Halus Park.

Hi. I noted that Lorong Halus Park has been removed by you. Like Windsor Nature Park and Tampines Eco Green, Lorong Halus also has hiking trails. Urban Redevelopment Authority has indicated Lorong Halus as a reserve site which is similar to Pasir Ris Park. If those were not parks, what are they labelled as? Please advised. Otherwise, I appreciate if you can reinstate it back. Thank you.
