That's correct, for these trails the allowed uses include: skiing, fat-biking, snowshoeing, walking, running, on-leash dogs, etc.

It is worth noting that the ski conditions are best preserved when walkers/runners stick to the side of the trail (and not on the classic tracks if there are any). So best to keep that in mind, particularly on sections shared with the main ski trails.
