Given the scale of the import and in order to avoid any uncertainty, I am considering reverting the imported geometries and then redrawing them manually using only OSM-approved sources, so that no additional formal permissions are required.

Sono d’accordo: le linee guida sono chiare, senza una licenza compatibile i dati non possono essere importati, nemmeno seguendo la procedura.

Nel caso specifico del dataset della Regione Liguria, però, la licenza è esplicitamente indicata come Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0): accanto al download è presente il link diretto alla licenza
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. Devo modificare i tag?
