Áno, používame highway=path a v meste je teoreticky možné použiť highway=footway s doplnkom surface=unpaved. Ja osobne aj v meste na nespevnené ľuďmi vychodené chodníčky používam highway=path. Ale v prírode určite highway=path, nie highway=footway.

Building was changed to hotel in OSM 2 years ago. So maybe booking has changed the coordinates just now?
