@MxxCon, this is actually a new bike corral that is physically in the roadbed, should that be tagged differently? It is the staple style rack that has six individual racks, each comfortably able to store two bikes and replaced one on-street parking space.

Wasn't aware of that distinction, thank you for pointing it out. Is the traffic_signals tag recommended at any crossing that uses traffic lights at all? Meaning marked should only be for places where there are just stop signs or no signs? I used Marked Crossing when adding these after seeing many others in the area tagged this way.
