Hello TravellingSailesman. I updated the classification of the pedestrian ways to tertiary here in order to connect it to the short dead-ending tertiary highway at node/255712840. I looked at the area again after your comment, and I can see now that I was mistaken and the ways are not traversable by vehicle. It looks like my changes have already been reverted.
