Thank you for your feedback. With regard to Changeset: 62961375, the Y- junction comment was referencing way/628437956 and not way/26822874. However, according to DigitalGlobe Premium Imagery and Strava GPS, there is a clear separation between the original way/26928415 (now way/629632826) and the newly added way/628437956 hence I added the missing road segment.
