The images being used are at least 3 years old. That DMV road course has been built and in used for a few years. The road in front of it leading to Partin Settlement was demolished when it was built. It would not accept this area without a designation, since it is part of the tax collector office (DMV is part of tax collection in Florida) I designated it that. Partin Settlement Road has been under major construction for a couple of years now as the bridge over the Turnpike is replaced as part of the Turnpike widening project. The foot paths (sidewalks) along Partin Settlement no longer exist and the foot paths in the lot behind the tax collector office are off limits to non employees, there are restricted access signs everywhere.

I thought the point of openstreet was to have local people update areas that take years, if ever on other maps. That is exactly what I did.
