Thank you for your quick answer and clarifications.
1) There are added signs ->If you go through it, you can see that people have tried to plant a forest there, but there are many damaged saplings, due to an incorrectly marked path and has caused much damage in private property. There is a driveway. There is an entrance road to the house.
2) There are multiple signs. "Eramaa" with a prohibition sign and private road -> A private road is a road that is located on the immovable property of a legal or natural person (TeeS § 5.2) and is not included in the list of public roads. According to the second sentence of § 5.2 of the TeeS, a private road may be used only with the permission of the owner of the immovable property.A private property sign with a prohibition sign means that with the permission of the holder, it is not allowed to be in the private property. It's also natural not to come to the yard of someone's home.
5) No, you can delete it, but this makes sense that bicycles can use this main road when they want to go to Kääriku.
6) Yes absolutely sure, we should remove those roads where access is forbidden and not invent a new route, but as I said that this makes sense to lead them to asphalt road that they can go to Kääriku.

Best regards,
E

Hi,
1) I haven't changed Arula-Sihva track. This is still the mainroad and highway track. When you mean bike road then yes.
2)When you go there then you can see that there are several signs bothway that this is private property, drive-in to someone's home. There is
a dog and according to your Estonian law, if the landowner has imposed a ban, then you are not allowed to stay on the private road. And going to the yard also interferes with people's privacy. It is not a road, no highway=track. This is road created by a forest transport, and passing through a person's possession disturbs residents. It would be good to use the main road (asphalt) to avoid infringing people's privacy.

Best regards,
Edna
