So as I can see there is no way to add the street and addresses to the map as OSM prefers to use obsolate sources that no longer represent the
actual state of the real world. Yeah, I will certainly read all agreements without the possibility to make a fully obsolate map better. This is a joke.

By the way in the neighbouring area there are around 50 new houses and at least 3 new streets. It is a pity that Bing is not updated as regularly as Google Maps. If you compare the two sources you will be shocked from the differences.
